- Sound knowledge in various testing methodologies and types.
- Understand the assigned module/product thoroughly.
- Testing all aspects of the product like function, system, performance, regression.
- Test cases execution and timely reporting of bugs.
- Bug reporting and tracking.
- Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work.
- Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
- Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements.
- Maintain high team morale.
- Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
- Installing test environments in preparation for test cycles.
- Preparation of testing documents.
- Ensuring all documentation conforms to the Quality System Procedures.
- Conducting tasks as directed by the Team Leader.

- Freshers from BCA, B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc.
- Certification in Software Testing (Mandatory)
- ISTQB certification (Preferred)
- An aggregate % from high school to university education should have at least 60% maintained throughout.
